• If the home is occupied the selling agent or the occupants must be present during the video shoot.
• If the home is vacant the selling agent or owner must be present for the video shoot. (electric should be available for lighting equipment if needed)
• Video editing and adding of the background music and the optional narrative voiceover.
• FREE hosting for the HD video which you can link to from your Web site and use the link provided in your printed media ads, craigslist, trulia, zillow and other web sites. As an authorized partner with Realtor.com, your tour can be featured on that site.
• 3-5 days is required to process finished video.
• The video is done in the morning for lighting reasons.
• For agents preferring a lower cost video slide show presentation that is also available.
