*Base price excludes the $20 Realtor.com posting fee which applies only if you do not have a Realtor.com Showcase account. A mileage surcharge will apply if total driving distance to and from the property is over 10 miles one way (using MapQuest) from Washington, PA base address. [ie: 50¢ per mile charge for a distance over a total of 20 miles] The base price reduces to $30.00 if the agent supplies emailed still pictures (10-25) for a video slideshow presentation.

Once payment is received through PAYPAL:

If the home is seller occupied I arrange through you or the sellers to stop by and do the video.
If the home is vacant with a lockbox I have a keypad for access to do the video. (electric must be available for my light equipment)
I will edit the video and add the background music and the optional narrative voiceover (you provide the script for voiceover if desired.)
I provide free hosting for the video which you can link to from your Web site and use the link I provide you in your printed media ads, craigslist, trulia, zillow and other web sites. As an authorized partner with Realtor.com, your tour can be featured on that site for free if you have the showcase/enhanced package with them, or for a $20 one time Realtor.com fee if you do not have the showcase package.
3-5 days required to process finished video.
Video taping is done only in the mornings or early afternoons (weather and schedule permitting) for light reasons.
For agents preferring a lower cost video slide show presentation* all pictures must be emailed. They must be formatted as .jpg and be no larger than 200K in size each, with 25 pictures maximum.
All orders for tours must be prepaid using a credit or debit card through PAYPAL. You do not have to be a PayPal member. When you order a tour you will be invoiced through PayPal. When the invoice is paid, the tour can be scheduled or the slideshow produced.
