*Base price excludes the $20 Realtor.com posting fee which applies only if you do not have a Realtor.com Showcase account. A mileage surcharge applies if total driving distance to and from the property is over 10 miles one way (using MapQuest) from our Washington, PA base. [ie: 50¢ per mile charge for a distance over a total of 20 miles] The base price reduces to $30.00 if the agent supplies emailed pictures (up to 25) for a video slideshow presentation.

Once payment is received through PAYPAL:

If the home is occupied the selling agent or the occupants need to be present for the video shoot.
If the home is vacant the selling agent or owner must be present or provide access to do the video. (electric should be available for lighting equipment)
Video editing and adding of the background music and the optional narrative voiceover (you provide a script for voiceover if desired.)
Free hosting for the video which you can link to from your Web site and use the link provided in your printed media ads, craigslist, trulia, zillow and other web sites. As an authorized partner with Realtor.com, your tour can be featured on that site for free if you have the showcase/enhanced package with them, or for a $20 Realtor.com fee if you do not have the showcase package.
3-5 days required to process finished video.
Video taping is done only in the mornings or early afternoons (weather and schedule permitting) for light reasons.
For agents preferring the lower cost video slide show presentation* all pictures must be emailed. They must be formatted as .jpg and file size must be no larger than 200K each, with 25 pictures maximum.
All orders for tours must be prepaid using a credit or debit card through PAYPAL. You do not have to be a PayPal member. When you order a tour you will be invoiced through PayPal. When the invoice is paid, the tour can be scheduled or the slideshow produced.
